|1 Pkg. Artisan Romaine Lettuce|
|2 Cups Cooked Chopped Chicken|
|2/3 Cup Creamy Caesar Dressing|
|1 ¼ Cup Seasoned Croutons|
|1 Cup Grape Tomatoes, Chopped|
|Ground Pepper, To-taste|
- Wash each lettuce leaf and drain on paper towel. Wrap leaves in slightly damp paper towel and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill and crisp.
- Chop cooked chicken, grape tomatoes and croutons.
- Place lettuce leaves on serving tray. Spread dressing down center of leaves, top with chopped chicken, grape tomatoes, and seasoned croutons. Slightly dust with ground pepper.
