CORN DIP

Ingredients

½ Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cans Mexicorn, Drained
1 Can Green Chilies, Chopped
32 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
Pickled Jalapeno, Finely Chopped, To-taste
Red Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped, To-taste
Season Salt, To-taste
Cayenne Pepper, To-taste
Fritos and/or Tostados

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except for the cheddar cheese. 
  2. Slowly add cheddar cheese a little at a time.  Mix until fully incorporated. 
  3. Serve with Fritos or tostados.
