|2 Tbsp. Butter, Unsalted|
|2 Tbsp. Flour|
|2 Cups Milk|
|4 oz. Cream Cheese|
|1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated|
- Place the butter and flour in pan on medium heat and stir until butter is melted and mixed with the flour.
- Add milk, stirring constantly until you see steam coming off of the mixture.
- Add the cream cheese and continue stirring until melted. Add the grated parmesan cheese and continue stirring until fully incorporated.
NOTE: If need for thickening, add heavy whipping cream to preferred consistency.
