SAUCE – PEPPERY HORSERADISH SAUCE

Ingredients

1 Cup Sour Cream
1 ½ Tsp. Horseradish Sauce, Prepared
1 ½ Tsp. Dijon Mustard, Country Style
¼ Tsp. Coarse Ground Pepper
Dash of Dry White Wine or Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients. 
  2. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. 

Makes 1 Cup and is great with beef entrees or served as sauce for beef sandwiches.
