|1 Cup Sour Cream|
|1 ½ Tsp. Horseradish Sauce, Prepared|
|1 ½ Tsp. Dijon Mustard, Country Style|
|¼ Tsp. Coarse Ground Pepper|
|Dash of Dry White Wine or Lemon Juice|
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Makes 1 Cup and is great with beef entrees or served as sauce for beef sandwiches.
