CHILLED STRAWBERRY SOUP

Ingredients

16 oz. Strawberries, Fresh, Sliced
1 Cups Half and Half
1 ¼ Cup Sour Cream
¾ Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp. White Balsamic Vinegar
Garnish:  Sliced Strawberries  

Instructions

  1. Process strawberries in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed; pour into a large bowl. 
  2. Whisk in half and half, sour cream, powdered sugar, and balsamic vinegar. 
  3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 3 days. 
  4. Stir just before serving.  Garnish, if desired.

Serving:  About 5 Cups

NOTE: Serve in china or floral coffee cups.
