|3 Avocados, Fully Ripe|
|1 Cup Chicken Broth|
|1 Cup Light Cream|
|¼ Tsp. Onion Salt Pinch of White Pepper|
|1 Tsp. Lemon Juice|
|Lemon Slices for Garnish|
- Halve avocados lengthwise; remove seeds and peel. Blend with chicken broth in electric blender until smooth. Add cream and seasonings and blend well.
- Pour into glass container, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
- Stir in lemon juice, garnish with lemon slices, and serve chilled.
NOTE: Serve in china or floral coffee cups.
