|1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes
|2/3 Cup Pepper Vodka
|2 Tbsp. Kosher or Coarse Salt
|1 Tbsp. Minced Fresh Thyme Leaves
- Carefully skewer each cherry tomato in a half dozen places with a toothpick. (This lets the vodka penetrate and flavor the tomatoes.) Place the tomatoes in a bowl and add the vodka. Marinate the tomatoes, turning them occasionally, for several hours.
- Combine the salt and thyme and place the mixture in a small bowl.
- Drain off most of the vodka from the tomatoes. Place the tomatoes and a little of the vodka in a serving bowl.
- Skewer tomatoes with toothpicks, then dip them in the seasoned herb salt.
