Ingredients
| 1 Dozen Eggs, Extra Large |
| 1 Tbsp. Green Onions, Finely Minced |
| ½ Cup Mayonnaise |
| 1 Tbsp. Mustard |
| 1 Tbsp. Vinegar |
| 6 Strips Bacon, Finely Chopped |
| Salt and Pepper, To-taste |
| Paprika, Sprinkled for Garnish |
| Olives, Sliced for Garnish |
| Jalapeno, Sliced for Garnish |
| Squirt Cheese for Garnish |
Instructions
- Boil eggs in hot water at full boil for 1 minute, cover pot, turn off heat and wait for 11 minutes.
- Place eggs in a cold water bath until cooled, then peel and slice lengthwise. Remove egg yolks from shell and fluff with fork.
- Mix egg yolks with the next 6 ingredients. Stuff egg shell with mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
- Top with sliced jalapenos, sliced olives and/or squirt cheese.
