Ingredients
| 16 oz. Strawberries, Fresh, Sliced |
| 1 Cups Half and Half |
| 1 ¼ Cup Sour Cream |
| ¾ Cup Powdered Sugar |
| 2 Tbsp. White Balsamic Vinegar |
| Garnish: Sliced Strawberries |
Instructions
- Process strawberries in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed; pour into a large bowl.
- Whisk in half and half, sour cream, powdered sugar, and balsamic vinegar.
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
- Stir just before serving. Garnish, if desired.
Serving: About 5 Cups
NOTE: Serve in china or floral coffee cups.
