TACO SALAD

Ingredients

1 Lb. Ground Beef
1 Pkg. McCormick’s Taco Seasoning
Salt & Pepper, To-taste
1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
1 Roma Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
1 Avocado, Chopped
Cheddar or American Cheese, Grated
Taco Bowls or Tostado Chips

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet with a dash of salt and pepper.  Drain and return to pan.
  2. Add McCormick’s Taco seasoning.  Simmer for 20 minutes. 
  3. Serve meat mixture in taco bowls or place atop lettuce, and then add tomatoes,  avocados, and shredded cheese
