Ingredients
| 1 Cup Sour Cream |
| 1 ½ Tsp. Horseradish Sauce, Prepared |
| 1 ½ Tsp. Dijon Mustard, Country Style |
| ¼ Tsp. Coarse Ground Pepper |
| Dash of Dry White Wine or Lemon Juice |
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Makes 1 Cup and is great with beef entrees or served as sauce for beef sandwiches.
