MEL’S CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients

¾ lbs. Chicken, Shredded
¾ Cup Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. Dill Pickle Relish
2 Tbsp. Mustard
1 Tbsp. Spicy Brown Mustard
Pinch of Sugar
Pinch of Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper, To-Taste
12 Seedless Grapes, Sliced in Half

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except for the grapes, and stir until incorporated. 
  2. Add in the sliced grapes and lightly toss. 

This recipe can be served may ways:  as a sandwich, topping for crackers, stuffing on a sliced half avocado, or on top of a green salad with drizzled balsamic or ranch dressing.  Variation:  For a bit of heat, add 2 Tbsp. chopped Wickles or another spicy pickle brand and only 1 Tbsp. Dill Pickle Relish.
