|¾ lbs. Chicken, Shredded|
|¾ Cup Mayonnaise|
|3 Tbsp. Dill Pickle Relish|
|2 Tbsp. Mustard|
|1 Tbsp. Spicy Brown Mustard|
|Pinch of Sugar|
|Pinch of Garlic Powder|
|Salt and Pepper, To-Taste|
|12 Seedless Grapes, Sliced in Half|
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except for the grapes, and stir until incorporated.
- Add in the sliced grapes and lightly toss.
This recipe can be served may ways: as a sandwich, topping for crackers, stuffing on a sliced half avocado, or on top of a green salad with drizzled balsamic or ranch dressing. Variation: For a bit of heat, add 2 Tbsp. chopped Wickles or another spicy pickle brand and only 1 Tbsp. Dill Pickle Relish.
