|12 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese|
|1 Lb. Hot Owens Sausage|
|3-1/2 Cups Bisquick|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet and set aside.
- Melt cheese in double boiler. Add crumbled raw sausage and Bisquick mix.
- Roll mixture in small round balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Place on cooking sheet and freeze. After frozen, place in plastic bag for freezer storage up to six weeks.
Yield: 35-40 each.
