BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Ingredients

6-8 Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 Pkgs. Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
16 oz. Bottle Ranch Dressing
1 Bottle Frank’s Hot Wing Sauce (To-Taste)
1 Pkg. Mexican Cheese, Shredded

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken, shred, and place in a large bowl with hot wing sauce to-taste, mix well. 
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. 
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the ranch dressing and cream cheese together, then add to the chicken and hot wing sauce incorporating well. 
  4. Place mixture in casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes.  Add the Mexican cheese and bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
