|1 Cup Mayonnaise|
|1 Lb. Bacon [Cooked and Crumbled]|
|1 8-oz. Sour Cream|
|2 Large Tomatoes, Chopped|
- Fry bacon until crispy and brown. Crumble bacon and set aside.
- Chop both tomatoes and set aside.
- Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in a medium bowl, whisking until blended; stir in bacon and tomato.
- Serve immediately with Melba toast rounds.
Yield: 4 Cups
For a spicier version, use salsa in place of tomatoes. Can also be used as a chunky salad dressing.
