Ingredients
| 2 Cups Self-Rising Flour |
| 1 (8 oz.) Sour Cream |
| ½ Cup Butter, Melted |
| 1 (4 oz.) Crumbled Blue Cheese |
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients just until blended.
- Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Pat dough to a ¾ inch thickness; cut with a 2-inch round cutter. Place dough rounds on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
