|¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar|
|1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract|
|1 Cup Strawberries, Sliced|
|½ Cup Raspberries|
|½ Cup Blueberries|
|2 Pkg. Shortbread Biscuits|
|Fresh Ground Pepper|
- Wash fruit. Slice the strawberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar and vanilla.
- In another bowl, add the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Pour the balsamic vinegar mixture over the berries and lightly pepper mixture. Let the fruit marinade for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Drain the marinade and refrigerate the fruit or serve immediately.
