BAKED PARMESAN TOMATOES

Ingredients

2 – 3 Lg. Beefsteak Tomatoes
1 Cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. Dried Basil
1 Tbsp. Dried Oregano
2 Tbsp. Italian Parsley, Fresh, Chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. 
  3. Toss together dried herbs.
  4. Slice tomatoes ¼” slices. 
  5. Cover each tomato slice with parmesan and sprinkle with basil oregano herbs. 
  6. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 
  7. Top with fresh parsley and serve.
