APRICOT JELLO MOLD

Ingredients

1 Pineapple, Crushed, 8 Ounce
1 Apricot Jell-O Mix, 3 Ounce
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Cool Whip, 8-10 ounce
Lettuce Leaves for Serving Platter

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat undrained pineapple.
  2. Stir in Jell-O and dissolve thoroughly. 
  3. Set aside and cool. 
  4. Add buttermilk and chill in plastic bowl until thickens.
  5. Fold in cool whip and place in Jell-O mold.  Chill.

Server on platter atop lettuce leaves.
