Ingredients
| 4 Cups Bibb Lettuce, Torn |
| 3 Red or Golden Delicious Apples, Med, Chopped |
| ½ Cup Olive Oil |
| 1 Tbsp. White Balsamic Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar |
| 1 Tbsp. Honey |
| 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise |
| ½ Tsp. Mustard Seed, Toasted |
| ½ Tsp. Stone-Ground Mustard |
| ¼ Tsp. Salt |
| 1/8 Tsp. Coarsely Ground Pepper |
| 1 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese |
| ¾ Cup Walnut Halves, Toasted |
| ½ Cup Golden Raisins |
Instructions
- Wash Bibb lettuce leaves and dry, then tear leaves into pieces.
- In a salad bowl, combine the lettuce and chopped apples.
- In a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, mustard seed, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with blue cheese, walnuts and raisins.
Serve immediately.
