Ingredients
| 2 Lbs. Velveeta Queso Blanco, ½” Cubes |
| 2 Cans Rotel |
| 1 Jar Pimentos, Diced |
| 2 Jalapenos, Seeded and Finely Chopped |
| Tortilla Chips, for Serving |
Instructions
- Cube the Queso Blanco into ½” cubes and place in a microwavable dish or medium sized pot. Add Rotel, diced pimentos, and jalapenos.
- Microwave or heat on stove until all cheese has melted and is nice and creamy. Place in a warming dish.
- Serve with Tortilla Chips
NOTE: I used 4 Tbsp. chopped pickled jalapenos.
