CHAMPAGNE PUNCH

Ingredients

1 Small Box Lemon Jell-O
1 Large Can Pineapple Juice
1 Small Bottle Almond Extract
1 Small Frozen Lemon Juice
2 Cups Hot Water
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Tap Water
½ Fifth Vodka
1 Bottle Champagne
2 Bottles Ginger Ale
1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix and stir the first 7 ingredients, ensuring jell-O and sugar are thoroughly dissolved.  Place in freezer containers and freeze overnight. 
  2. Remove container from freezer and slightly defrost until slushy. 
  3. Combine slush, vodka, champagne and ginger ale in large punch bowl. 
  4. Garnish with thin lemon slices, seeds removed
