Ingredients
| 3 Tomatoes, large |
| 1/3 Cup Olive Oil |
| ¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar |
| 2 to 3 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, Chopped |
| 2 Tbsp. Onion, Chopped |
| 1 Tsp. Salt |
| ¼ Tsp. Pepper |
| 1 Clove Garlic, Crushed |
Instructions
- Cut tomatoes into ½ inch-thick slices; arrange in a thin layer in a large shallow dish.
- Combine oil and remaining six ingredients in a jar, cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
- Pour mixture over tomato slices.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours before serving.
