Ingredients
| 1 Small Box Lemon Jell-O |
| 1 Large Can Pineapple Juice |
| 1 Small Bottle Almond Extract |
| 1 Small Frozen Lemon Juice |
| 2 Cups Hot Water |
| 2 Cups Sugar |
| 2 Cups Tap Water |
| ½ Fifth Vodka |
| 1 Bottle Champagne |
| 2 Bottles Ginger Ale |
| 1 Lemon |
Instructions
- Mix and stir the first 7 ingredients, ensuring jell-O and sugar are thoroughly dissolved. Place in freezer containers and freeze overnight.
- Remove container from freezer and slightly defrost until slushy.
- Combine slush, vodka, champagne and ginger ale in large punch bowl.
- Garnish with thin lemon slices, seeds removed
